Additional Contact Block
Provides a way to collect alternative or backup contact information for an applicant or client.
Displays "Additional Contact" on a form with a "Show" button. The button displays several fields: an Additional Contact Type dropdown list (defined in Admin / Lookups), name fields, address fields, and a telephone number field.
- Names entered as additional contacts do not appear in conflict or other searches.
- This information is not linked to the case as a "case contact", so does not appear in the Case Contacts list view that is on many case profiles.
