68317: Time amounts on journal entry subrows are now properly rounded before sanity checking to prevent spurious errors.

68567: For sites with the VERA module enabled, there is a new "VERA Outcome (v2)" block available. It has no configuration options and only allows entry of one VERA outcome per case. (VERA is Veterans Equitable Resource Allocation)

68725: Fixed an issue with the Combined Assignments list view that was causing error pages.

68769: Fixed an issue that prevented some hover text from appearing when you put your mouse cursor over a column's entries.
