Changes and Updates

Unless otherwise noted, you'll see these changes on demo sites on 2020-02-20, on live sites on Leap Year Day Eve (2020-02-28).

70896: Add an Active field and List Order field to brochure records (Admin > Brochures). The new fields allow administrators to hide old brochures and order the list of active brochures displayed when someone is recording brochure distribution on an outreach record.

88232: Add a new "Display Last Name First" setting on the Admin > Timekeeping Settings page. Changing the setting to Yes will make client names in the Case/Outreach column of the TImekeeping Log display as "Last Suffix, First Middle" instead of the default "First Middle Last Suffix" format. Under consideration is an option to display in "Suffix Last Middle First" format.

93193: Restored the ability to map the imported_initials field (default name "Initials") from user records in case document templates.

93465: Add a new "Case Opportunity Unavailable Date" static field. The field will be updated when a pro bono opportunity on a case goes from Yes to No.

93605: Improve accessibility by altering the behavior of the TAB key in list view search boxes. Upon entering a search box, the TAB key will exit the box if no letters are entered to perform a search. Thus allowing screen reader users a way out of a search box without a mouse click.

94643: A dynamic Charge edit form will now display a friendly warning (instead of an error page) if you try to set that charge as the Top Charge when the case already has a top charge.

94821: Make the following columns available on the "Existing Referrals" list view available on case profiles: The referral organization's "Address", "Phone", and "Website". Bonus fix: URLs entered in an organization's Website field will work, even if not entered with the "http://" or "https://" prefix.

95064: Add a new "Total Pending Cases" virtual field to reports. Like its companions (the existing "Total Closed Cases" etc. fields), it lives on the System Users > User Total Cases subtable.

95121: Fix corner case "infinite recursion" errors trying to run or edit some reports.
