Excitement level at 11 as Middle Georgia Justice prepares to go live. 🏁

Changes and Updates

⏳ Effective for demo sites on 2022-09-15, then on live sites on 2022-09-23. ⏳

API mavens should visit the always informative API Changelog.

LS-92071: Trying to add a second Organization Assignment to a case for the same organization with the same Start Date resulted in an unfriendly error. Sad, particularly during an intake. We will now assume you just didn't notice that Organization ABC was already assigned to the case with the same start date, and will update the "original" assignment.

LS-92433: Office based restrictions on search should now behave as a reasonably prudent person would expect when both types of office restrictions are enabled.

LS-92856: Editing an address for someone via the New Litigation block (colloquially: the Litigation Information page)? No problem. Adding an address for someone that didn't already have one? Problem. Rectification applied.

LS-93056: Selecting Bertis T. Pickins in an "All Attendees" filter on a report returned no results, even when Bertis was an attendee on many events. The dreaded middle name/initial problem. Fixed (for all users with middle names/initials, not just Bertis T.).

LS-93061: ReferralHub beta testers may be pleased when Service Weights start doing what you hoped and dreamed they would do.

LS-93115: The "Custodial status changes" list view gets a new "Days In Status" column that shows what it sounds like for each row in the list. For those "Well judge, my client has been in custody for 32 days already." situations.

LS-93173: Many report writers will be excited by the new "Case Data > External Forms Log (One Row per Log Entry)" subtable.

LS-93191: Obscure, but true. If Quick Case Copy can't do its thing because of odd imported data, it will now display a helpful message instead of just refreshing the page, leaving you scratching your head.

LS-93266: The household size fields displayed by the Financial Information block started misbehaving on Friday. Behavior modification applied on 2022-09-09 at 13:16 UTC.

LS-93273: Creating a recurring calendar event became impossible on Friday. Possibility restored on 2022-09-09 at 18:09 UTC.

For over 140 years, these nice folks have been dedicated to ensuring that refugees, whether in camp or urban settings, know their rights, can access protective services and navigate the often-complicated legal systems that lead to permanent status and security. We're excited to note we have been part of that work for 5 years this month.
