69772: The Issue Date field will display a red asterisk if it is configured as required in the Issues block.

70333: Relationship Type is an available column in the Related Cases/Matters list view.

71291: Fixed some errant red text "There was an error, click here" messages.

71392: Internet Explorer fix: When the Problem Code/Special Problem Code block is used to display Problem Category, selecting a category when using IE will now display only the legal problem codes linked to the category.
