Case Status History (For Editing) Block and List View

The block or the list view can be used on an auxiliary form to to display the case status history list and provide an Edit link for each entry.

Note that the form will also need the Case Status block for the Edit links to work.

The list view can be used on a case profile, but the Edit pencils will not work, so the Edit and Delete columns should be disabled.
