71771: Searches now operate against the unaccented version of letters in names. For example, a search for Castaneda will match Castañeda (with an enye) and vice versa.

73381: Added Zip and City as available columns and filters to the "Outside Org Referrals" list view. They also appear as filters on the referral list on the static "Refer to Outside Organization" page.

74247: Fixed an issue with the session timeout bar that allowed a previous session to continue without re-entering the username and password by clicking outside the bar on the page.

74397: Fixed an error in the Copy Outreach feature. Effective for all sites 11/12/2016.

74422: Fixed an issue with the My Time widget sometimes only displaying two weeks when three should be displayed.
