Email Aliases Block

Allows entry of an email alias for a matter. The alias can be used instead of the case number to send email to notes.

Example: Create an email alias called 'foobar' for a matter on site xyz.legalserver.org. Email can then be sent to foobar@xyz.legalserver.org, and it will be delivered to that matter if it is not closed.

An alias must begin with at least 2 letters, cannot be the word "scan", and cannot start with either "case-" or "outreach-". Aliases must be unique; an "alias is in use" message will be returned if non-unique text is entered. When a case with an alias is closed, the alias will be automatically removed from the case to free that value for use on other matters.
