88020: Immigration form I-131 A (2/13/2019) will be pushed out to all sites on 2019-03-29.
80678: Fix the "Last 12 Months" date preset in report filters so it returns a date range that covers the 12 months preceding the current month. On 1/15/2019, it will return 1/1/2018 - 12/31/2018, instead of the current behavior of including days in the current month, 1/1/2018 - 1/15/2019.
86241: Prevent the Batch Funding Code Update Tool from changing posted timeslips.
87480: Copy the value of the HIV/AIDS Status field to new matters created via quick case copy and new case for client.
88208: Fix the display of user names that contain diacritics (tildes, umlauts, etc.). (All sites updated 2019-03-21)
88355: Handle organization assignments properly when merging one organization into another.
