89376: Include the system field "domestic_violence" in etransfers. The default short name for this field is "Is the caller a victim of domestic violence?", but that may have been changed by site administrators. Often used as a bare field element on forms, this is also the system field stored by the Domestic Violence block, and is the field that triggers the red bar with "Domestic Violence" in the case snapshot when it is Yes.
89048: The updated I-914 (4/9/2019) will be pushed out to all sites this coming Friday, June 7th. Site admins should check that the older 2017 form is inactivated on their site.
