62451: Fixed an issue with the DAPv2 block that could prevent the calculated "DAP - Monthly Total" and "Retro to Client" fields from updating properly.

65894: Case Notes will again sort on Date Posted, even if a note has been edited and has an "Updated On" date.

65991: Fixed an issue with viewing Clinic Event profile pages. (Hotfixed to all affected sites 12/5/2014)

66011: A "Configuration Notes" text box is now available on the edit pages of all forms and profiles, providing site administrators a place to add notes about the form or profile configuration.
