PAI Time Default to Case Block

This block allows case timeslips to default the PAI Time field to the same value as the PAI Case field on a case.

The value, if any, of the PAI Case field is read when the timeslip is loaded. If the value of PAI Case is changed from Yes to No, or vice versa, timeslips added after that change will default accordingly. Existing timeslips on the case are not changed.
