SMS Text Messaging
Purpose: Allow sending SMS text messages from cases, and to text reminders of calendar events, tasks, and deadlines.
Cost: $1,200 one-time setup fee. $50/month maintenance.
To get this module, file a ticket from your site (Help menu > Support Request) and we will send a change order to confirm, then an invoice.
SMS Provider Account: Your organization must have a provider and is responsible for all charges. Twilio is the only provider currently supported. Twilio.org offers nonprofit pricing.
NB: Allowing your service provider account to run out of funds will result in errors for users as they try to send texts. Accounts should be maintained with sufficient funds, or set to auto recharge.
