Guardian Block

Collect or display information about Guardians associated with a case.

On a form, displays fields for Guardian Type, Start Date and End Date, a New or Existing Contact field, and a search box that allows searching the Contacts data in LegalServer.

On a profile page, displays a list of the current Guardian entries. Optionally allow editing from this list by defining an auxiliary process (see configuration options below).

Configuration Options:

* Show List (Edit Form Only) - display a list of existing Guardian entries above the fields when used on an intake or auxiliary form

* Aux/Process for Add/Edit Link - only needed when the block is on a profile page
