Re-open Case Block
Used on a dynamic auxiliary form called by a re-open case process. See Re-Opening and Rejecting for more information.
Re-opening a closed case erases Date Closed, Close Reason, and Closing Number. The previous values are put into a case note that is automatically created.
Re-opening a rejected matter erases Date of Rejection, Rejected By, Rejection Reason, and Matter Referral Reporting Code. The previous values are put into a case note that is automatically created.
Configuration Options
- Default Date Opened to Today. Checked by default. The default behavior is to set the Date Opened to the current date, editable by the user filling out the re-open form.
- Default Disposition to Pending. Unchecked by default.
