Impact Time Default to Case Block

This block can be added to a case timeslip form. It displays the "Impact Time" field, which can default to the value of the Impact field for the case the time is being added to.

Configuration Options:

* Default Impact Time to Null if Case is Null (meaning the Impact field on the case)

* Require Impact Time
