Edit Applicant Info Link Block

Displays a "Show" button for Edit Applicant Information. This block is usually placed below the Conflicts Search Results block to provide a way to edit an applicant's name while forcing a search on the new name. Clicking the Show button displays the name and DOB fields and optionally the SSN field.
