Mileage Block

This block displays several fields on a timeslip to record mileage and tolls.

Mileage, Mileage Rate (default), Toll Description, Total Toll(s) Paid, and Total Value of Mileage/Toll(s).

Required: Advanced Grants Managment and AGM Expense Tool modules.

Configuration Options:

* Default Mileage Rate

* Show Toll Description

* Create Billing Entry - the Billable field must also be on the form, and be Yes when the form is saved to create an entry
