CalendarRules Integration

Purpose: Calculate docket information through the CalendarRules API. View relevant dates and deadlines and create calendar records in Legal Server from any of the returned events.

Cost: None. If you don't see the "Calendar Rules" section on the Admin > Site Settings page, file a Support Request (Help menu > Support Request) from your site.

Admin Set Up

  • Enter your CalendarRules Authorization Token under Admin > Site Settings > Calendar Rules
  • Add the CalendarRules Calculator block to an auxiliary form. 

Calculator Type

  • Date Calculator - Calculates a date for a particular court based on a length of time forward or backward of the start date. 
  • Docket Calculator - Calculates future dates that are standard future deadlines for any (Trigger) in (X Court)

Event/ Deadline create processes - If you are using dynamic event and deadline create forms, you can select from the dropdown.
