National Training Fulfillment Policy

Description of LegalServer National Training

In addition to our regular free training opportunities, LegalServer staff members provide a spring and fall LegalServer training and networking event with a multi-day training agenda. The location varies.

Fulfillment policies


For Online Events Such as Remote National Training

Customers may request a refund for an online event up to 24 hours before the event starts. To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team at support@legalserver.org. We will process the refund within 7 business days of receiving the request. 

After the refund deadline, customers may convert to credit toward additional support or configuration time. Any refunds or credits will be issued less the "booking fee" (payment processor fee).


For In-Person Events Such as In-Person National Training

Customers may request a refund for an in-person event up to 14 days before the event starts. To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team at support@legalserver.org . We will process the refund within 7 business days of receiving the request.

After the refund deadline, customers may convert to credit toward additional support or configuration time. Any refunds or credits will be issued less the "booking fee" (payment processor fee).


For Subscription, Consulting, or other Services

Payment and cancellation are governed by the terms of the subscription agreement.
