New User Can't Login (for Administrators)

You've created a new user account, but they say they can't login.

LegalServer support folks can't see user's passwords, or what someone entered when trying to login.

Recommendation: Login with the credentials you created in a private/incognito browser window (to avoid a collision with your current cookies). Encourage, but don't enforce immediately, the person changing their password.
