⭐ LS-91781: Adding and editing fields in a Flowblock element is an improved experience. When you are adding a field, the selector shows the short name and now the actual field name in parentheses. So your "Foo" custom field will display as "Foo (bar_baz_359)" — making it obvious which custom field that is. Searching for "name" also reveals how handy this is. Now let's say "Foo (bar_baz_359)" is already a column in your flowblock. Click the wee blue edit pencil to reveal an "Edit Field: Foo (bar_baz_359)" link. Yes, Virginia, that's a link to the field's profile page.
LS-102094: Custom Lookup fields being pulled from the Case Data > Custom Matter subtable can return inconsistent results. Fixed. But if you have a problematic field on a report, it will need to be removed and re-added after this fix lands. Current alternative: Add the custom lookup subtable directly from the top level Case Data table.
LS-102247: When dismissing an alert from the Case Alert list view's "+" button, an unnecessary popup window will no longer mar your experience (colloquially: "a modal will no longer be spawned").
⭐ LS-102268: Have you ever been asked "How long between an applicant submitting an online application and the date a full intake screening was completed?" It happens. What if your intakes are often set to Pending for extended periods whilst you seek placement. Date Opened will shortchange your efficient intake folks. And the seldom used date_intake_complete field set at the end of the intake will get updated if you open the case, making it look like you took much longer to complete the intake than it did. Say hello to Date and Time Intake Completed, which will be set when the intake is finished, and will not be changed if the case later goes from Pending to Open.
LS-102243: Emails about enhanced reminders were running afoul of some email filters. More email systems appeased.
LS-102429: Adding a contact to an outreach (or whatever your site calls them) and affiliating said contact with an organization left the person's name blank on the Members list of said organization. Suboptimal. Fixed.
LS-102467: Improve error messages when an embedded report fails to run. It won't be particularly exciting for most of us, but will help our developers find and fix problems.
LS-102728: Scheduled reports stopped being sent on 2023-06-02. A few of you noticed. Fixed as of 8:30pm EDT on 2023-06-05.
