Help Menu - Changing or Disabling

That menu can be disabled completely per user role (Admin > User Roles (Permissions)) by unchecking that option:

You can leave the menu displayed, and have some control over the links on the Admin > Top Level Navigation/Search page:

The "Submit Email" options let you add a link like "Email ABC Legal Helpdesk".

The "External Help" options let you add a link like "ABC Legal Intranet".

You can't disable the "LegalServer's Help Site" or "Support Request" links.
