Changes

🔄 Effective on 2023-11-09 for demo sites, then 2023-11-17 for live sites. 🔄

API Mavens should check the always informative API Changelog for news and updates.

LS-105454: The Admin > Process Settings page gets a new "Office Restricted Lookup Settings" section.

LS-106325: Sometimes you need to explicitly unset your DOMDocument internal variable. Especially if not doing so is headed to live sites wherein it would cause errors.

LS-107410: Have you dreamed of the day when the Export to Excel icon on the list of notes displayed by the Case Note List block would export the Body of each note? Sometimes dreams do come true. (And sometimes they don't, if you had the same dream about the Export to CSV icon.)

🛠️ LS-107411: The Case Note List block gets a new "Include Todo and Deadline Notes" configuration option.

💰 LS-107417: Some AGMers who like to Shift Funds felt constrained by only being able to go back 2 pay periods in the past. They may be pleased to see a new "Recalculate Available Allocations" button on said Shift Funds page, as well as the Distribution pages.

👷🏼‍♀️ LS-107770: Guided Navigators have bemoaned being unable to set Intake Office to the user's office, Intake Program to the user's program, and Intake Type to the user's preference in their dialogues of wonderment. You know, like you can on forms. This ticket will demoan you.

🔄 LS-107782: Workflows will let you send a message via email, but you can only specify the recipients by Case Contact Types. What if you want to send to someone who isn't linked to the case? You may be excited by the new "Additional Recipients" box that will let you enter one or more email addresses.

LS-107904: The login page is going to start warning people if they are using an old version of a browser. The initial warnings will be for Chrome 113 or older and Firefox 112 or older. If you are curious, Firefox is currently at 119.01. Chrome is at 119.0.6045.123.eieio.

⏲️ LS-108055: If your assignment on a case is ended, should it drop off your My Assignments list now, or not until the next day? The current "next day" behavior was deemed unacceptable in the modern fast-paced 24/7 world of client advocacy.

🔎 LS-108063: You can configure the Charges list view to have a default filter on Disposition. Extensive polling indicated you'd like your selection to actually put a default filter on the list, so that's what we went with.

🪵 LS-108101: The Timekeeping Log list view that may adorn your case profiles lets you click the Date of Service column heading. Now doing so will actually sort the list as you hoped it would.

LS-108253: Whilst sending external forms many noticed a mysterious new Contact Method named "SimpleJustice Portal". Anyone who got curious and tried it did not experience joy. Removed that option on all sites on 2023-11-02 at 11:58 AM Eastern.
