📬 LS-91264: The Discovery block gets all the nice signature options (include, or not, client name, case number, cause number, etc.) you've come to know and love in other notes blocks when you allow a note to be emailed.

📧 LS-98743: If someone is sending an external form of the type "Attorney Related to a Case" or "Attorney Related to a Training", and they select contact type "Email", should the "Destination Email Address" be prepopulated with the client's email address? We hope you agree it shouldn't. Because it won't be anymore.

🗒️ LS-103833: The "Tasks" list view that adorns most homepages gets a new "Add Note" column available for enabling. The column displays a clickable "Add Note" link that will, you guessed it, add a note to the task. Did we forget case profiles? Perish the thought; the "Task List (Matter)" list view gets it as well.

📞 LS-105644: The "Case/Matter - Cases" and "Case/Matter - Prescreens" list views that probably power your Cases section front get a new filter for Phone. It will search all the phone numbers in that column and is a "contains" search, so filtering for "579" will find 555-579-1234, 202-4579, and so on.

🔄 LS-107328: Retrieving report results via API? Want control over what happens with hidden columns on those reports? It's your lucky commit. The API configuration box gets a new "Display Hidden Report Columns" section. Options are: "Honor display_hidden_columns parameter", "Always Show Hidden Columns", and "Never Show Hidden Columns".

📊 LS-107747: AGM mavens may be pleased to know that the "Show Graph" option in the Allocation Goals block will now show data instead of just an empty graph.

👩🏼‍💻 LS-107809: Hapless users on sites with Sharepoint could have a sad experience adding case notes. We are replacing the error Microsoft sends back ("System.UnauthorizedAccessException") with a friendlier "Your organization’s Sharepoint site returned an error. This may mean you are not logged in to Sharepoint or you do not have access to the files/folders linked to this case. Contact whoever administers your organization’s Sharepoint site for help."

🦡 LS-107920: We're changing the Short Name (colloquially: "Name") of the "Race (HUD)" multiselect lookup field and lookup list to "Race (Multiselect)". Why? Because sites often want a multiselect "Race" field, but they get intimidated by the "HUD" moniker, and go create a custom lookup field. The field isn't just for HUD, so the rename seems sensible. NB1: If you (or one of your predecessors) have changed the Short Name to "Totally Not HUD Race" (or anything else), we will not change that. NB2: If your site is using HUD ARM Electronic Reporting, this will not change that in any way. NB3: If you already created a custom lookup field, lo lamentamos, there isn't a way to easily migrate data from your custom field to the system one.

🐇 LS-107974: A faster-to-load version of the Case Data > Current Assignments > Assignments List column is available in reports. You'll need to delete the existing column and re-add it to get the speedier new version. (If we manually fixed a specific report for you, no rush to delete and replace, but Good Housekeeping Rule #11 says you should do that eventually.)

⭐ LS-107991: A frequently requested addition to Note Drafts is to let you create a case note from a draft linked to a case. Could that day be here? The full list of your Note Drafts now bears an Edit Pencil for each draft. Looking at an individual note draft you may notice an "Edit this Draft" link (I guess we were out of pencils). Use either edit option and observe a new "Save Note and Discard Draft" button. Yes, Virginia, it will do what you hope it would. NB: This only works for drafts linked to cases, not drafts in other modules, like a note draft from a user record note. But case note drafts are 99.82% of all drafts, so there's that.

🗒️ LS-108036: The Task list view that adorns most home pages can display the note(s) recorded on a task. But if you delete the notes from the task, they still show up on your homepage. This ticket will fix that.

📓 LS-108247: The Case Note List block gets a new "Enable Bulk Actions" configuration option. It is wonderful and shiny, but you may want to try it on your demo site before springing it upon your hapless users.

✏️ LS-108250: The "Edit" link text displayed in (some) case notes by the Case Note List block is being replaced with an Edit Pencil icon.

LS-108289: Attempted transfers via ReferralHub get an explicit status type of "Expired" if no referral destination is available within the allowed time.

LS-108290: ReferralHubbers will want to check out the new "E-mails to be notified when an online intake runs out of organization referrals" field on the Admin > Site Settings page in the Email section.

👨🏼‍🏭 LS-108442: AGMers probably have not noticed that editing a form with the User Labor Distribution block on it is currently a sad experience. The block is functioning; no worries there. Just don't try to edit a form the block is on until the change in this ticket lands.

👩🏼‍🚒 LS-108603: Exporting a report to Excel could result in an error starting on Friday if a cell contained both a link and a border. Fix pushed out to all sites 2023-11-13 at 6:12 PM Eastern.

🧑🏿‍🚒 LS-108662: Reports using "mapped" columns from a Lookup Transform Index started displaying a red "Problem" error instead of the data table. Fix pushed out to all sites on 2023-11-14 at 3:37 PM Eastern.
