Everyone is realizing that "due by the end of the year" which seemed so very achievable several months ago may no longer be.

Changes

🔄 Effective on 2023-11-30 for demo sites, then 2023-12-08 for live sites. 🔄

🍻 LS-108136: The Case Data > Case Alerts subtable in reports will once again include client alerts.

🗒️ ⭐ LS-108855: The homepage Task list has a default sort on Due Date ascending (earliest dates first). That's great - see your oldest due dates at the top of the list. Unless you have a mix of tasks with and without due dates because those "N/A" due date tasks all float to the top. "Nulls Last" applied to the sort for the win.

🔢 LS-108897: AGMers will be pleased to see that Warning Hovers on Verify Time pages will show the full pay period regardless of pay period type, phase of the moon, or verifier's Zodiac sign.

🔄 LS-108921: ReferralHubbers will be relieved to see that the Originating Agency Program will be sent to all referral organizations, not just the first one attempted.

🗺️ LS-108949: When you email most notes, the recipient(s) can reply and have the reply go to the case. Wouldn't it be grand if the same happened when you email a note whilst entering a discovery record? The Discovery block gets all the configuration options needed to let that happen.

🔄 LS-108951: ReferralHubbers will be better informed about expired referrals because such will now be tagged "Expired" instead of "deleted" and no longer be hidden in the referrals list on cases.

👨🏻‍🚒 LS-108997: The Appointments list view in the Clinics module started causing an error on dynamic clinic event profiles. Fix pushed out to all sites 2023-11-24 at 4:03 PM Eastern.

🧑🏾‍🚒 LS-109011: Clinic event profiles stopped populating the lists of user and clinic events. Fix pushed out to all sites on 2023-11-27 at 5:31 PM Eastern.
