LS-105185: The Case Notes List block gets a new filter option to show case notes that were sent out via email or created from an incoming email to the case.

LS-105299: There is a new "Alias (Simple)" block that can collect client aliases and will include those in electronic case transfers.

LS-108704: Case alerts can have an Alert Type. Wouldn't it be grand if we had a proper "Alert Type [Lookup]" subtable in reports to see the human-friendly names? It would, and will be.

LS-109387: The Event Note block that may adorn your shiny dynamic event forms gets a new "Require Event Note" configuration option. That option will change the block from displaying an "Add Note" button to displaying fields for a note, including a required Body.

LS-111011: When you use the Copy Prescreen process, do you think the Prescreen Date on the new prescreen should be the current date or the same date as the prescreen you are copying from? If you picked "current date", you'll like this change.

LS-111004: We're creating a new system value "SMS" in the Alert Types lookup list. Case alerts created by incoming SMS messages will automatically get Alert Type = SMS, for your reporting and filtering pleasure.

LS-111236: The Homepage Alerts block can now separate SMS case alerts. See the new and re-worded configuration options: Show Case Alerts (excluding SMS case alerts), Show SMS Case Alerts Tab, and if you have folks with old SMS alerts, Show SMS Received Alerts (legacy). If you are a visual learner:

LS-111351: You put the Case / Client Alerts block on your case profile page and configured it to "Confirm Dismiss Alert". Imagine your surprise when you tested it and dismissing did not prompt you to confirm you really wanted to dismiss the alert. Surprise removed.

LS-111374: The Case / Client Alerts block has a nice multi-select filter on Alert Type, but no value that lets you filter for alerts with no Alert Type. Now it will.

🚒 👩‍🚒 LS-111512: Scheduling into Appointment Slots stopped working on Friday (2024-02-02). Fix pushed out to all sites that day at 3:41 PM Eastern.

👩‍🚒 LS-111521: You've made liberal use of the "Right of Last" option when displaying fields on case profiles. Confused users suddenly started appearing in your doorway/Inbox/Slack channel/Instagram profile asking why many field labels were no longer clickable on cases. You quickly realized it was any field followed by another field with "Right of Last" set. And told us. Fix pushed out to all sites on 2024-02-06 at 8:17 PM Eastern.

👩‍🚒 LS-111526: Trying to edit an old organization record that never had an Organization Type selected resulted in error sadness. Fix pushed out to all sites on 2024-02-05 at 4:02 PM Eastern.

👩‍🚒 🚒 LS-111588: Multiple cases could be scheduled into the same appointment slot starting Friday (2024-02-02). Fix pushed out to all sites on 2024-02-06 at 6:05 PM Eastern.

LS-111596: You're on your demo site building a Guided Navigation dialog of wonder. You're stymied by the inability to save your segment if you changed the Output Expression. You will be de-stymied on 2024-02-08. Fix applied so that this affliction never touches live sites.
