Sidebar is Hidden

The sidebar (or side bar if you prefer) can display on many pages, and can be hidden by clicking an icon:

We try to remember where you have hidden the sidebar and keep it hidden.

If the sidebar gets stuck hidden (usually when viewing cases), these steps usually take care of it:

• Close all but one browser tab with a LegalServer page displayed. View a case in that tab with the sidebar displayed.
• Use the Logout button in the upper right of any page to explicitly logout.
• Close, then re-open your browser.

We have heard of instances where you need to do the above, and after you re-open your browser clear your browser cookies for LegalServer. Be careful doing this. Some browsers will clear all your cookies for all sites if you don't pay close attention to the options.
