Who is Emailed Copies of Tickets Filed from a Site?
Site administrators control who, if anyone, is cc'd on the email when a ticket is filed from a site. The person submitting the support request is automatically emailed (except for online intakes and external forms).
Go to the Admin > Site Settings page and observe:
In that example, both the "supportteam" and Jane at ABCLegal will get an email.
If you have an online intake site, or send external forms to clients and others, you want at least one email address so you know if online applicants or people filling out external forms get an error.
