So much to be excited about as the following sites prepare to go live next week:

🔄 Effective 2024-04-25 for demo sites, then 2024-05-03 for live sites. 🔄

🪄 API Changelog staff are on a short hiatus. Mavens likely won't see anything new on the always interesting and informative API Changelog this week. You do have one tidbit below (LS-114450).

✳️ LS-87131: If a required field on a form is read only, don't bother displaying the red star (asterisk) of requiredness, which, if anything, will just confuse hapless users.

🔨 LS-99824: Should checking the "Sort Outcomes by List Order" option in the Multiple Outcomes V2 block make your form throw an error? No, it should not. And no longer will.

📄 LS-108969: You like filtering your Document Templates by Funding Code, but find the single select Funding Code field on the document profile page too limiting. Surely your heart will be filled with joy when you see that Funding Code is a mutliselect.

🕰️ LS-111095: Have you longed to set a Default Start Time and Default End Time in the Date/Time block [citation needed] on your shiny calendar event dynamic forms? Long no more.

LS-112130: Adding a case note, uploading many megabytes of files, and emailing said note could silently fail on the emailing bit. You will now get a nice warning if the file(s) exceed 25MB. Each file will show the size and let you remove it, so if you really want to email the note you can drop the video of your cat being cute.

🔫 LS-114269: Did you know that the "Task List (Matter)" list view that surely adorns your case profile has a hidden filter that filters out tasks set to "Private = Yes"? We can't find anyone who did, and hidden filters are just plain confusing, so we've nuked that filter from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

🔧 LS-114292: We delved into the filter options on the Case Note List block and emerged with the "Incoming Email", "Show Notes from Incoming Emails and Notes Emailed Out", and "Include SMS Messages" filters now properly handling null values so they do what you expect. We also removed the "N/A" option for these filters as it no longer serves a purpose.

🪛 LS-114450: Including Date of Birth in the payload of your API call to create a non-adverse party is rudely failing with "Unable to create non adverse party". After this change lands, it will not only not fail, but will add the Date of Birth to the created record.

✒️ LS-114457: Editing Prescreen Notes in a popup with TipTap enabled will now super extra work.

🚫 LS-114499: You have a Header element on your shiny form. You set "Contains HTML" to "Yes". You put some invalid HTML in the "Text" box. Your form displays oddly. To prevent footgun head scratching and confused observers of your form, we're going to run a syntax check on the "Text" contents, and if it is found wanting, replace the contents with "Invalid HTML has been removed". In the meantime, you can fix your oddly displaying form by removing the invalid HTML manually.

🔎 LS-114454: If your site has the Messages feature/widget enabled and you visit the "View All Messages" page, and you have a bountiful list on any of the 3 tabs, you'll be pleased to see that the View All, page number, and Next and Previous links all work now.
