🤔 LS-110185: Guided Navigation may have false memories of fields that it thought should be lookup-based, but weren’t, so we’ve helped it remember. This will correct certain rare situations where lookup merge functions were failing.
🔢 LS-113615: Your Case Status History report is great, but marred by having to show the ID of the Case Status like 101,456 instead of the human friendly "Awaiting Trial". Which also made filtering for Case Status an adventure. Make a note to revisit your report after this change lands so you can add the human friendly option.
👀 LS-113695: Accessibility: Primary and secondary buttons on online intake and external forms get some color adjustments for accessibility. The new gray color of primary buttons has subliminally invoked a craving in test subjects for tea. Earl Grey. Hot.
📧 LS-113767: If you use the "Referral email" option when recording referrals to outside organizations, you will be pleased to see that selecting an email template will again display said template so you can send the email.
🚫 LS-114451: The "Use Consistent Alert Styling" in the Homepage Alerts block causes SMS alert case links to refer to the wrong cases. Not the kind of style you want, so we fixed it. Until this fix lands, uncheck that option.
🚮 LS-114802: The "Documents - Delete" user role permission will again let a user delete documents on any case, not just ones they are assigned to. If you have users who need to delete documents before this fix lands, you'll need to give their user role the "Administer Documents" permission.
👩👧 LS-114809: Create New Case for Family Member initiated from a Case Copy Custom element could fail to copy the family member's name into the client name on the new case. Guaranteed to be 100% reliable now.
LS-114858: Speaking of the "Referral email" option (as we were above), we've changed the selector label to "Referral Email Template" because that's what it is showing you - a list of Email Templates.
