Try Before You Buy

Try before you buy (at full price).

Modules with a Setup Charge of $1,000 or Less

Try before you buy isn't available to reduce the cost.

If a module costs more than $1,000 for set up, you can try it before paying the full cost.

The following apply:

You pay ½ of the set up cost to set it up on the demo site.
The feature is turned on for the balance of the quarter it is billed in (as clients are billed quarterly) with no ongoing costs.
If you do nothing, the feature is turned off at the end of the quarter.
Any training time included for the feature is provided during the testing period.
If you want to continue testing on demo to beyond the quarter, you will be charged the monthly cost for the following quarter.
If you want to enable the feature on live, the balance of the set up fee becomes due.
If you want to discontinue, the feature is removed from the demo site.
Some modules (for example, AGM and EVT) are difficult to remove. If enabled on demo, and you decide you don't want the module, we will refresh your demo site from the live site rather than trying to undo the feature.
Once a feature is turned off, full payment is required to turn it back on again.
Two order forms will need to be generated by LS staff and approved by you — one for the try before you buy, the second to turn it on for live (if that happens).

Module with no setup charge can be enabled through the end of a quarter.

For example, Premium APIs are available for testing on Demo only for $200 through the end of the current quarter.

At the end of the quarter we'll either ask you to convert to a full purchase or we'll disable the feature and remove the charge for it.
