Verify Time alert does not go away

Verification alerts do not go away until all time in the pay period has been verified.

If you multiple people verify time, and you have verified all your users, you will still see the alert until the others people involved have finished verifying their users.

There is not currently a way, within LegalServer, to motivate those other people to do their verifications.
