🧑🏽🤝🧑🏽 LS-82801: Having a second list view named "Reports - Base Reports" (which is actually "Reports - Favorite Reports") is mildly confusing. So we're going to rename it.
🚫 LS-87807: Removed an errant "Income Type" value in Admin > Lookups that was lying in wait to confuse hapless admins with an error.
📪 LS-104030: If you use the Address Extended block on a shiny dynamic form called from the Address List block, you will surely be tickled pink to see it (the Address Extended block) now displays Address Type (like the static form does), and has 3 new configuration options: Default Address Type, Use Default Address Type, and Read Only Address Type.
🗓️ LS-109881: Would it be useful to add a calendar event for a Plea and have a field updated with that date on the case(s) linked to that event automatically? If you are intrigued, you may want to investigate the new Calendar Event Type "Plea" and the new field Event Plea Date (Display Only)" you can add to case profiles, forms, and such. Said field will reflect the earliest event start date on or after the current date from events with the type of Plea attached to the case.
🦾 LS-112045: Sites doing HUD ARM Electronic Reporting will surely be pleased to see a new "NOFA 2023-1 COMP" value in the HUD 9902 Activity Funding Type lookup.
👩🏿⚖️ LS-112309: If your shiny dynamic calendar event forms include the ability to link litigation records to events, you will surely enjoy seeing the new Case Data -> Associated Events -> Event Data -> Litigation subtable in reports.
🪧 LS-114393: Sites collecting Placements will surely be happy to see a new Case Data > Person > Person Last Placement subtable in reports that shows only the most recent placement data.
📶 LS-114523: The Detention Log block always requires an Institution, so we're removing the configuration option called "Require Institution", which doesn't do anything.
🔁 LS-115940: The Case Data > Disposition Log subtable in reports has two Reject Reason lookup subtables, but one is actually Close Reason. Report writers found this confusing. Situation deconfused. NB: You don't need to rush and update existing reports — wherein you almost certainly changed the errant column heading to "Close Reason", but you will still see the repetitive subtables. Remove and re-add if desired. A newly added Disposition Log subtable will do the right thing.
🧤 LS-115956: If your Guided Navigation of wonder contains "Action: Generate a Document", but you forget to select a template, should your hapless users suffer a popup error or get a friendly "Warning: Document reference missing, document not generated" message on the page? Befriending hapless users is our choice.
🚭 LS-116147: You like the "Show Copy Notes Checkbox when Creating a New Case for Client" and "Show Copy Notes Checkbox for Quick Case Copy" options on the Admin > Process Settings page. But you long for a multi-select list of "Note Types to Exclude" for each of those settings. Longing fulfilled.
⭐ LS-116183: When editing a zip code over in Admin > Zip Codes, you noticed that County inexplicably went read only. And told us. We listened, and restored it to its former multi-select editable glory.
↔️ LS-116395: The stylish new Report column headers coming to a site near you expand to fill the width of the screen. This makes embedded reports look and act more like list views. Mission accomplished. But when running a report, the expansion can be disconcerting. For 98.2% of your reports you probably won't notice. But you will if a report only has a few columns, so we won't expand to fill.
🫣 LS-116457: The Dialogue select dropdown will no longer be hidden behind the modal that appears when you click the Copy action link to copy a Guided Navigation segment to another dialogue.
👨🏼🔧 LS-116592: The Basic Financial Information block will again play nicely when used in an Offline intake.
✏️ LS-116850: A case note created from a Note Draft displays a blank "Created By" in the case note list. Consternation ensues. The note will now bear the moniker of the user who created the draft, or if that isn't available, the user who clicked the button to create the note. "Last Updated By" will bear the likeness of the person who clicked the button.
