Hidden by Settings - Electronic Case Transfers

Sites receiving Electronic Case Transfers often ask about fields displaying "Hidden by Settings" like this on pending case transfer profile pages:

This is controlled by the Received checkboxes on the Admin > Configure Case Transfer page:

A common follow up question is whether these fields can be completely hidden instead of taking up room on the page.

The answer is that administrators can hide some of these fields on the Admin > Lookups > Transfer Summary Field lookup list.

For values that are not marked System, administrators can make them inactive.
