Date Fields Lost the Date Picker / Calendar Icon

Do your date fields look like this:

Instead of this:

And you want that little icon back?

On the Admin > Site Settings page, change the Date Display Format selector back to "Default for Country":

Tracking down who changed it to "LegalServer Default" is optional.
