SMS - No text received case notes and missing attachments
If someone sends a text that is nothing but an image (or other file), a case note is created with a body of "No text received", but with the file(s) attached to the note.
However, Twilio does not always have attachments available for us to download when they notify us a text is ready to be retrieved. We have to keep checking. Sometimes is takes a few minutes, sometimes up to an hour before we can get the attachment(s), download them to the case, and link them to the case note.
