SharePoint GoLive Timeline

For Groups not using SharePoint from their initial GoLive, our enablement timeline is as follows:

1. Within 1-2 weeks of receiving your Office 365 Credentials or SharePoint App details, we'll enable it on your Demo site.
2. We'll then schedule a SharePoint Training for your staff.
3. Then when you let us know we will enable SharePoint on your Live site.

Timing for items 2 and 3 typically depends on your staff availability.

GoLive

Enabling Sharepoint on Live is typically done after hours on a Friday so you can make whatever configurations you need regarding SharePoint Library options over the weekend.

Alternatively, we can enable SharePoint on Live without enabling the Store in SharePoint feature. This provides all the blocks for SharePoint but doesn't change the save location from LegalServer to SharePoint for any existing blocks. SharePoint can then get configured as desired and LegalServer can enable the Store in SharePoint feature at any time.
