SharePoint GoLive Timeline

For Groups not using SharePoint from their initial GoLive, our enablement timeline is as follows:

  1. Upon payment for the module, we'll enable SharePoint on your sites so you have access to the SharePoint Settings page. We will leave the Store in SharePoint flag off so there is no impact on end users.
  2. Once credentials are entered into the SharePoint Settings page, we'll enable the Store in SharePoint feature.
    1. If LegalServer is creating the Azure Entra Apps, this will happen within 1-2 weeks of receiving your Office 365 Credentials or SharePoint App details.
    2. If you are creating the Azure Entra Apps, we'll do this after you tell us that it is ready.
  3. We'll then schedule a SharePoint Training for your staff.
  4. Then when you let us know we will enable SharePoint on your Live site.

Timing for items 3 and 4 typically depends on your staff availability.

A delay between entering the SharePoint credentials and enabling the Store in SharePoint feature means that you can configure any needed branch logic for creating folders whenever you want.
