🐹 LS-106094: New Style Document Templates that are fillable PDFs will display a new "Flatten PDF" field on the document profile page. If you select "Yes", the PDF files generated from the template will not have editable form fields.
⚡ LS-117740: Adding the Outreach > Offices > Office field to a report makes the report inordinately slow to load. This ticket will make it load noticeably faster. No need to remove and re-add the field from your report(s).
🙈 LS-119341: The Generic Outgoing API Block has a lot of configuration options, some that very few sites will ever use. Tidying up is being done by adding "Legacy Items" and "Advanced Features", each with a Show button, so those options are hidden by default.
👮♀️ LS-120603: If you are collecting Government ID Types with the Government Generated ID # block [citation needed], you probably want a nice subtable in reports to display the human friendly Type names. Case Data > Person > Person Government ID > Government ID Type [Lookup] is in your future.
☎️ LS-120800: Reports based on the top level table SMS Log get a new "Sms Queue" subtable with some interesting fields.
🔂 LS-120827: If your Guided Navigation segment of wonder sets Intake Type to "User's Preference" but does not have "Override existing value with default", then we will not override a previously saved value with said Preference if the segment is hit again.
0️⃣ LS-121070: If your Guided Navigation segment of wonder uses "Action: Set a Field's Value" on a number field, and you set it to 0 (zero), should the 0 save? You thought so. We agree.
0️⃣ LS-121094: When sending an Electronic Case Transfer, and a field like Number of People in Household Under 18 has a 0 (zero) in it, send the 0. Don't skip it unless the person sending the transfer opts to "Choose which information should be sent" and unchecks the field.
1️⃣ LS-121129: Your InCert intake uses ReferralHub to let the applicant pick an organization to be referred to. Should the chosen organization receive two identical transfers or one? You picked "one". We agree.
⌚ LS-121181: The "Created Date" recorded by the Signature Attestation block was a full date and time with time zone field until 2024-09-27, when it was changed to just record the date. We shall resume recording the "time and time zone" bits.
🆗 LS-121126: If a case is past its Quick Case Copy time limit, the page that loads offers one or more "Begin ... Intake" buttons. Sadly, those buttons stopped kicking off a Create New Case for Client process, so no data was copied into the new intake. Joy restored by this ticket. Verbiage on that page improved.
⏱️ LS-121193: Reduce the load time of case profiles that use the older style of case notes (colloquially: the yellow notes) and have a lot of notes with file attachments.
