Duplicates by Name and Duplicates by Date of Birth Lists

The Admin page contains two specialty lists built to help LSC-funded organizations identify duplicate cases according to LSC's definition of a duplicate case.

Duplicates by Name

A list of cases that have the same first name, last name, and legal problem category for a period.

Duplicates by Date of Birth

A list of cases which have the same date of birth and legal problem category for a period.

Requesting Changes

• Displaying additional columns on either of these lists requires paid development, and may not be done unless the column would benefit all LSC-funded organizations.
• Custom fields will not be added as columns.
