Transfer a Case's Calendar Events, Tasks, and Dealines from One User to Another

Administrators can enable an Actions menu link on cases that lets you transfer (or re-assign if you prefer) calendar events, tasks, and deadlines on the case from user to another.

Administrator Notes

  • The availability of the link is controlled by the User Role permission "Mass Update - Matter Calendar Assignments".
  • The static process is available in Actions menu link configuration in the Static category as "Transfer Calendar Events, Tasks, Deadlines".
