🔄 Effective 2025-04-24 for demo sites, then 2025-05-02 for live sites. 🔄

🪄 API mavens should review the always informative, interesting, and ever changing API Changelog.

📦 LS-11962: Producing "packets" of information to send out on a case can end in error page sadness if the PDF could not be produced. This change will not cure all ills, but changes this to an "on the page" error message instead of a full page error that alarms and confuses everyone.

🌊 LS-121226: Workflow mavens may be pleased to see a new "Delete Existing Reminders" step type.

📆 LS-121233: Viewers of clinic profiles will surely be pleased to see the day of the week added to the Date column listing that clinic's events.

🤔 LS-126200: Adventurous admins may be intrigued by the new "Allow Images on Case Notes" setting on the Admin > Site Settings page.

🎨 LS-126986: When custom styles are enabled on an online intake process, the color of completed steps is set to the body text color.

☎️ LS-127886: The SMS Preset selector being empty could be confusing. We're changing the behavior, viz.: Show all SMS presets if none can be found for the client's language on the case, or if there is no client language. Otherwise, continue to limit the presets shown to those where the Translated Language matches the client's language.

🛣️ LS-128299: Lookup merges could fail in certain hard to describe circumstances. Let's just say if you've had some merges refuse to happen, they will likely be possible after this change lands.

🙈 LS-128530: If someone has a file with true forward slashes in the filename, we will sanitize on upload instead of telling them the filename is invalid.

🕷️ LS-128536: The recently introduced spinner for slower page loads is doing its thing, except that it does not go away after certain clicks; clicking a client's email address or the Excel or CSV export icons on lists, etc. You can click the little X in the spinner box to close it, but you shouldn't need to do that, so you won't after this change lands.

🚒 🧑🏼‍🚒 LS-128363: Should a case take a long time to display even if it has a lot of SharePoint files? No it should not. So now it will not. Fix pushed out on 2025-04-23 at 2:56 PM Eastern. NB: This change removes download links in Case Notes, but preserves view links.

👩🏼‍🔧 LS-60317: Report run mode will now display a "CSV" text link next to the Excel export icon and Print icon. Highly recommended if you have a large report that takes a long time to export to Excel or simply refuses to export to Excel. This change lands on live sites this Friday, 2025-04-25.
