"[Edit]" Link next to the Client's Name on Cases Disappeared
A common setup is having the Applicant Name block on case profile pages so it displays the client's name and and "[Edit]" link like this:

For some, typically older, sites the Edit link may have disappeared on 2025-05-02.
Site administrators can fix this with two steps:
- Find the process you want to use when someone clicks that link. NB: It is almost certainly inactive, so removed the Active = Yes filter on the list of processes on the Admin > Processes, Forms, and Profiles page. The most common name for this process is "Edit Client Name", but it can be anything. Edit that process and set it Active.
- Select that process for "Change a Client's Name" on the Admin > Process Settings page.
An optional, but highly recommended, step is to view a case to confirm the Edit link is back and doing what you desire.
