Reports - Deleted Assignments

There isn't a simple way to see who deleted an assignment on a case.

You can use a System Log based report to see when someone clicked a "Delete Assignment" link, but not whether they responded "Yes" or "Cancel".

Filter the report for Module = "assignment", URL contains the text = "delete" and the desired date range.

Set the Data Options to display the URL column, which will look like this:

/index.php?_ext=assignment/profile/edit/81&module=matter&module_id=46&delete=1

The module_id number is the ID of the case. Not the full case number, but the ID you see in a URL when viewing a case.
