Automated eDiscovery Document Download
This feature implements a configurable system for automatically downloading hyperlinked documents from case emails.

When the Automated EDiscovery Download is enabled, administrators can specify trusted domains in a text area on the Document Settings Page. Upon receiving emails addressed to a case, the system processes the email normally while simultaneously identifying and downloading any hyperlinked documents from the trusted domains. These downloaded documents are stored as attachments to the email case note, with status indicators showing "Downloading" or "Processing" for larger files that will be replaced as the files are downloaded in the background. The system has been rigorously tested and proven capable of handling high-volume scenarios with up to 300 linked files in a single email and individual files as large as 20GB.
This feature only works if the shared links in the email do not require authentication when clicking on them. If the shared links require you to then log in to the third party system, this feature will not work.
Investigation or troubleshooting of any links for a third party system will be paid support.
