Client Survey Send Request Block

Designed for use on auxiliary forms, this block presents the elements needed to select and send an External Form or a Survey.

Configuration Options

From Override text box for an email address (default empty)
User Can Change From Address - Use with caution to avoid emails from being blocked or tagged as spam.
Type - a dropdown list of Attorney Related to a Case, Attorney Related to a Training, Client Related to a Case - Matter Aux Form, and Client Related to a Case - Survey Form.
Survey Type Read Only - don't let the user change the selection you made in the previous option.
Default Survey Process selector
Survey Process Read Only - don't let the user change the selection you made in the previous option.
Default External Process selector
External Process Read Only - don't let the user change the selection you made in the previous option.
Default Contact Method selector for Email, Manual (Display Link), or SMS (if the site has that module).
Contact Method Read Only - don't let the user change the selection you made in the previous option.
Send Email on Behalf of Current User checkbox
Default SMS - textbox for the default message body.
SMS Message Read Only - don't let the user change the message text.
Default Email Subject textbox.
Message Subject Read Only - don't let the user change the subject.
Default Email Body textbox.
Email Message Read Only - don't let the user change the text.
