Reports - Calendar Events

A report based on the top level Calendar Events table lets you, not surprisingly, report on any calendar event in the system.

Events can have multiple attendees

• Use the Attendee (One Line per Attendee) > Attendee [Full Name] > Attendee Name field to get what it sounds like. A filter on that field is a nice list of names style filter. (New as of 2026-02-27)
• If you want all the attendees joined in one cell, set a Text Join aggregate on that column, and if you are filtering on it, set the Apply after Aggregate option in the filter..
• There is also an Attendees (List All per Event) > All Attendees field that will display all the attendees in one cell, no aggregation needed, but it presents a text style filter people find hard to use.
