Cross-site Conflict Checking

Purpose: Include search results from another LegalServer site during conflict and people searches.

Cost: One-time $1,500 setup fee for one external site or a pair of sites.

Example

ABC Legal has external checking rights on LBLS Legal Services. Someone at ABC does a search for the name Cookie Monster and sees that ABC has an open case and someone with the same name and date of birth is a family member on a case at LBLS:

The search result does not give ABC staff access to the LBLS case.

The type column label corresponds to the person type on the external column. Other values are "Client", "Adverse Party", and "Contact".

Masking

The external site configuration can specify masking. If LBLS's configuration masked First, Middle, and Last, the above results would show a blank name:
