Case Close Notes Block

The Case Close Notes block displays a text box on a form. The note can be emailed, and/or sent as a LegalServer message if that option is enabled.

The block uses the singular system note type Close Case Notes:

A case can only have one note of this type, so if a closed case is re-opened and then closed again, a closing form with this block will display the same text entered previously.
Case Notes display this note with the original Date Posted, so users may be mildly confused if they close a re-opened case, change the case close notes, but don't see that note as the most recent one.
