Admin Academy

LegalServer's Admin Academy is a comprehensive three-part training series designed specifically for LegalServer administrators. As an admin, you act as a "world builder" for your organization; your configurations dictate the universe your staff interacts with every day.  

This paid training program will empower you to master LegalServer's architecture and customize the platform to efficiently capture and display data for your team. If you are a client to LegalServer who started their onboarding process in 2026 or after, please look at your order form to confirm this training was part of your contract.

What You Will Learn The curriculum is broken down into three 90-minute weekly sessions:

• Week 1: Foundation & Displaying Data. Understand LegalServer's foundational architecture, configure section fronts, master listviews and filters, and optimize user profiles based on different roles.
• Week 2: Data Entry. Learn the mechanics of getting information into LegalServer by building and configuring forms, understanding processes (like create vs. edit), and managing custom fields.
• Week 3: Conditional Logic & Many to Ones. Take your forms to the next level by implementing simple branch logic and complex Guided Navigation, and learn how to connect different modules together.

• Small Group Learning: Trainings are capped at no more than 8 participants so you get the attention you need, and you will be paired with a training partner to troubleshoot and collaborate with.
• Real-World Application: Throughout the course, you will work on a real-world project specifically tailored for your agency.
• Dedicated Support: In addition to the live  sessions, participants have access to optional office hours for extra help, a comprehensive workbook, and a dedicated 1:1 final wrap-up call to review your project and discuss implementation strategies.
